Ver um playbook. O playbook completo: etapas (cada uma com `objective`, `talkTrack`, `watchOut` e `questions`), tons de voz, gatilhos por palavra (`keywords`, com `terms`, `text` e `tone` `info`, `warning` ou `urgent`), anexos e proteções (`guardrails`).
