# scheduling.schedule_notifications_create

Criar notificação de uma agenda. Cria a notificação (começa `active`). Regras do original: atendente só recebe `internal` (exige `title` e `message`); lead não recebe `internal`; `email` exige `emailSubject` e `message`; `sms` exige `message`; `whatsapp` exige `gupshupTemplateId` (o template aprovado; `gupshupAppId` é o número de envio); `tag` exige `tagIds`. `atTime` só com prazo em dias. Até 5 por agenda (`limit_reached`). Exige a migration de agendas.
