Novos contatos por dia ou semana. Contatos criados (first_seen_at) por dia ou semana (começa na segunda) entre from e to (AAAA-MM-DD, inclusivos, no fuso da conta; até 1200 dias), com zero nos períodos sem contato. cumulative é a soma dentro do período. Mesmo recorte e mesma visibilidade de contacts.stats.
