inbox.resend
Reenviar uma mensagem que falhou. Reenvia uma mensagem de WhatsApp com status failed (texto ou interativa), com a mesma citação, como mensagem nova marcada payload.resentFrom. Uma vez por original: repetir devolve a mesma mensagem. Janela de 24 h fechada (131047/131026) recusa: envie um template. Instagram e outros tipos não reenviam.
