Atendimento de uma pessoa (detalhe do membro). Conversas atribuídas à pessoa: as 100 mais recentes (items, com status, não lidas, última mensagem e canal), o total e as contagens do período (inPeriod: com mensagem desde from; assigned: em atendimento agora; resolved: resolvidas desde from).
