teams.get

Ver um time. Um time com os membros em ordem da fila. Cada membro traz papel (admin ou member), prioridade (1 a 10, menor = mais prioridade), peso (1 a 1000), isFixed (atendente fixo), capOpen (limite de atendimentos abertos, null = sem limite), regras por temperatura (temperatureRules: hot, warm, cold, cada uma com cap), operational (ainda é atendente) e inPipeline (está em algum pipeline; null sem a migration de atendentes). queueCursorMemberId é quem recebeu por último no modo strict.
